Refund Policy

At NiceHostings, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued for our hosting and related services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligible Services for Refund

The following services are eligible for refunds under the conditions stated in this policy:

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Domain names — Once a domain is registered or transferred, it cannot be refunded. ICANN and registry fees are non-recoverable.
  • Dedicated servers — Due to the hardware provisioning costs, dedicated server fees are non-refundable.
  • SSL certificates — Once an SSL certificate has been issued by the Certificate Authority (CA), it cannot be refunded.
  • Renewal invoices — Services renewed for another billing period are not eligible for refund.
  • Add-on services — Setup fees, migration services, custom development, and other one-time services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Accounts terminated for TOS violations — Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for any refund.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within the applicable refund window (see table above)
  • The request must be made by the registered account holder
  • The account must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • This must be your first refund request — repeat refund requests on new accounts are not eligible
  • The service must have been purchased directly from NiceHostings (not through a reseller)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]"
  • Step 2: Include your full name, registered email address, order/invoice number, and reason for the refund
  • Step 3: Our billing team will review your request within 2 business days
  • Step 4: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 3–7 business days
  • Account Credit: Instantly applied to your NiceHostings account balance

NiceHostings is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion, including:

  • Requests made after the money-back guarantee period but before the end of the billing period
  • Cases where only part of the service was used or provisioned
  • Downgrade situations where a customer switches to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle

Partial refund amounts are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the service period.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your hosting account
  • Blacklisting from future services
  • Additional chargeback fees being charged to your account

If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

8. Service Credits

In cases where a refund is not applicable but a service disruption or error on our part has occurred, NiceHostings may at its sole discretion offer account credits equivalent to the affected service period. Service credits are applied to your NiceHostings account balance and may be used toward future invoices. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

9. Changes to This Policy

NiceHostings reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
